STAR partners include Colleges and Training providers, Connexions North London, Education Welfare Service, Enfield Arts Partnership, Enfield Voluntary Agency, Prospects Careers Service, Secondary and Special Schools, the Secondary Tuition Centre, Social Services, Enfield Youth Service, the Youth Offending Team and Enfield Leaving Care Team.
STAR is funded from secondary schools within the
borough and the Learning and Skills Council, London North Business into
Education.
