Enfield Work Experience arranges work placements for students in the borough and is one of the services provided by the Enfield Education Business Partnership (EBP).

We presently work with 14 of the 16 secondary schools in the borough and also arrange placements for Enfield Training Services and Southgate and Enfield FE Colleges.

In recent years demand for our services has grown year on year:

2004 - 2,500 placements were arranged for local students
2005 - 3,000 placements
2006 - 3,600 placements
2007 - 4,000 placements

We arrange work placements for students taking GCSEs, A Levels and other vocational qualifications such as NVQs and BTEC Business Studies. Most are for two weeks but we also arrange extended placements where the student attends the workplace for one day a week over a period of weeks.

We have earned an excellent reputation for quality and efficiency as we personally visit all of our work placements to check their suitability and safety for the student.
